HVC Hoa Binh is actively collaborating with the People’s Committee of Hoa Binh City to execute site clearance activities for the project

Recently, HVC Hoa Binh has actively collaborated with the City People’s Committee to execute site clearance for the Garden Villas, Forest Plantation, and Eco-tourism project in Mong Hoa Commune, Hoa Binh City (Hoa Binh Province).

Immediately upon receiving the decision from the People’s Committee of Hoa Binh Province approving the investor for the Garden Villas, Forest Plantation, and Eco-tourism project in Mong Hoa Commune, Hoa Binh City, HVC Investment Company Limited and Hoa Binh Sword Lake (HVC Hoa Binh, a subsidiary of HVC Group) promptly collaborated with the Land Registration Office of Hoa Binh Province to carry out the comprehensive project measurement.

Based on the survey results from November 5, 2024, the People’s Committee of Hoa Binh City issued Plan No. 4497/KH-UBND on November 22, 2024, regarding land recovery for the implementation of the Garden Villas, Forest Plantation, and Ecotourism project in Mong Hoa Commune, Hoa Binh City.

Recently, the People’s Committee of Hoa Binh City officially issued Notice of Land Acquisition No. 188/TB-UBND, dated December 13, 2024, to facilitate the project. The period for surveying, measuring, and counting will extend until February 2025.

The purpose of the land acquisition notice is to finalize the compensation and support efforts necessary for the transfer of land to HVC Hoa Binh, enabling the timely implementation of the approved project. Additionally, it upholds principles of democracy and transparency in the compensation and support processes.

HVC Hoa Binh is presently engaged in the submission of the preliminary design for evaluation and approval by the Department of Construction of Hoa Binh Province.

The garden villa area, featuring afforestation and integrated eco-tourism, spans 28.74 hectares and accommodates approximately 1,396 residents. The implementation timeline is set for 2023 to 2026. The project includes a long-term land use plan for 263 villas and a luxury Codotel building comprising around 170 rooms equipped with comprehensive conference facilities. Furthermore, the project encompasses various commercial services and entertainment options, enhancing the development of a sophisticated resort urban area.
